How you

can help

Help Colorado Lions Camp Grow

We want to make

your contribution

easy and specific

100% of donations go to your specific interest

Donate Today

The Colorado Lions Camp relies heavily on individual and corporate donations to support our ever-expanding program operation. Please consider making a donation to support our efforts. Donations can be mailed directly to the Colorado Lions Camp Office, PO Box 9043, Woodland Park, CO 80866 or you may contact the camp office (719) 687-2087 and we will be happy to assist.

Matching Gifts

You can double - or even triple - the impact of your donation to the Colorado Lions Camp with a matching gift from your employer. Employer matching gifts are a simple way to maximize your donation to provide resources for people with disabilities.

Endowment Fund

Over 70% of our campers receive financial assistance to attend camp each year through the Lions Clubs of Colorado.  Each year, it is becoming more challenging to raise the funds needed to provide camperships due to the decrease in funding on the State and Federal levels, resulting in an increase in the need for assistance. The camp endowment fund provides the needed funding necessary to help fill in these gaps. Click here for additional Endowment Fund opportunities.

The Colorado Lions Camp has always had the policy that no camper will be turned away for the inability to pay, and to date, we have stood by that promise. Please consider sponsoring a camper in need of financial assistance to attend our camp programs.  The camp fee is $600 per summer session or $200 for weekend respite camps. Your gift will provide a camper a meaningful, unforgettable camp experience.  If you are mailing in a donation, please make sure to specify that it is a "Campership" so that we can process your donation accordingly.  If you prefer on making a donation by credit card, please contact the camp office directly and we will be happy to assist.

This is a program where Lions and individuals can make a $12/yearly donation directly to the camp. In exchange, we will mail you a Dollar-a-Month pin, along with a dangle with the year you made your contribution. We use the donations to help fund our programs.  Contact the camp for more information.

Pennies for People

Don't let loose change weigh you down.  Donate that loose change to help change the lives of those with special needs.

Host a Fundraiser

Community fundraisers are an easy and fun way to give to the Colorado Lions Camp. The funds directly support our campers and program activities at the Colorado Lions Camp.  Contact the camp for more information and ideas at 719-687-2087.

Honor a loved one by making memorial donations directly to the camp or by purchasing a brick on the camp's honor wall. All money received from brick purchases goes directly into our camp's endowment fund.

Gifts in Kind

Gifts in kind are a way of charitable giving in which, instead of giving money to buy needed goods and services, the goods and services themselves are given. Please refer to our wish list for a current list of the needs of our program, supplies and equipment. Click here for the updated wish list.

Volunteer or Recruit Others

Volunteers play an integral part in the success of the Colorado Lions Camp. We rely heavily on volunteers to assist with work projects, special events and camp programming throughout the year. Volunteer opportunities are available for individuals and groups ages 14 and up. Please visit our volunteer page for more information.

"Thank you for helping me go to your camp.  Every year I am so excited when we get to the month of June and I will go back to camp.  It is so much fun doing the high ropes course, roasting marshmallows, and seeing my old friends.  Camp is my favorite thing to do!"
