Thank you for your interest in the Colorado Lions Camp! Our program offers a range of adapted outdoor and recreational activities, where campers can make new friends, explore new opportunities, and have a great time. Whether you are a returning camper or a first-timer, there is always something new to experience at the Colorado Lions Camp!
Our program is designed for individuals with disabilities, ranging in ages from 8 to senior adults. Our activities are specifically tailored to meet the needs of individuals with Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities, blind or visual impairments, deaf or hard of hearing, physical disabilities, or psychological conditions.
Applications for Summer 2024 will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, and there are a limited number of spots available for each session. Once these spots are filled, the session will be closed.
To ensure the safety and success of our campers and staff, we have updated guidelines for Summer 2024. If you have received the COVID-19 vaccine, please provide a copy of your vaccine card before you arrive at camp. If you have not received the vaccine or do not plan to, you will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken at least 2 days prior to arriving for your session. Masks are currently optional, but this may be subject to change before your camper's session.
We also ask that you log your camper's temperature for two weeks prior to camp and bring the log to check-in. We will screen each person and their driver before entering the building, and only one person will be allowed to accompany the camper at check-in.
If you need financial assistance to attend our program, a limited number of camperships are available. Please download a Campership Request Form and submit it with your camper application.
For the latest updates, please follow our Facebook Page. We appreciate your continued support and understanding, and look forward to a safe and successful summer at the Colorado Lions Camp!
