Under the leadership of Steve Montya, Adventure Education was delivered to each camper on a daily basis. This went far beyond the use of only the ropes course. Team building activities stressing unity and self-confidence early in the week led into more individual activities that stretched physical and physiological limits that further led to individual achievements on both the low and high rope elements later in the week. What a joy it was to watch the camper's confidence increase through the session and watching the thrill of accomplishment shown in completion of a ropes course element. This phase of our activity program was state of the art and probably the envy of many camps. This part of the program alone produced more therapeutic results then could have been hoped for prior to the start of camp.
